1. What cookies do here
Cookies are small values saved by your browser and sent back to the site. Venue True and Advance True use them to keep sign-in and forms working and to protect requests against misuse. Some choices, such as an unlocked password-protected calendar, are stored in the server-side session associated with a cookie.
2. Cookies used by the current True interface
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
venue-true-session | Connects your browser to its session: authentication, form validation, calendar/spreadsheet previews and unlocked calendar links. | 120 minutes of inactivity by current configuration. Continued use can renew it. |
XSRF-TOKEN | Helps protect form and application requests against cross-site request forgery. | Uses the session cookie lifetime, currently 120 minutes. |
remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in when you choose “Keep me signed in”. Its name includes an installation-specific suffix. | Up to 400 days under the current authentication setting; logout or browser controls can remove it. |
true_cookie_choice | Remembers an analytics accept/reject choice when optional analytics is available. Essential preference cookie; it does not identify an account. | 180 days after your choice; separate for each site/browser. |
cf_clearance, __cf_bm (when set by Cloudflare) | Security and bot protection provided by the hosting network. These are not advertising cookies. | Cloudflare controls the security configuration. Bot-management cookies normally expire after 30 minutes of inactivity; clearance expiry depends on the challenge settings. |
The session and security cookies support the service you request. The persistent sign-in cookie is set only when you select that sign-in option. Actual availability and expiry may also be affected by your browser settings.
3. Optional analytics and your choices
Google Analytics and marketing pixels are not currently enabled. Cookie settings therefore shows essential-only use; there is no need to accept analytics that is not running. The interface has a consent bar ready for optional analytics when it is configured.
When analytics is enabled, we ask before loading it. Accept and Reject are equally available; rejecting does not stop you using the site. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future analytics on this browser and removes the analytics cookies our controls can access; it does not undo lawful earlier processing. Choices are separate on venuetrue.co.uk and advancetrue.co.uk.
The prepared Google Analytics integration is limited to public information/pricing pages, excludes logged-in users and does not send invitation links, workspace pages, URL query strings or form values. The intended cookies are _ga and _ga_…, with a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days. They will not be set by this integration before acceptance. We will review the actual Google property settings and update this inventory before enabling it. No advertising consent is requested.
The True interface does not currently use local storage or session storage for tracking. Search Console verification, if added, does not by itself install visitor tracking.
4. External services
Google Fonts is used to load interface fonts. That creates a connection to Google and is described in the Privacy policy. A third-party network request is not itself an application cookie. Payments and billing management open on Stripe’s hosted pages, which may use their own essential security and payment cookies. No Stripe tracking script is embedded in our pricing pages.
If you follow an external link, cookies on the destination site are governed by that site. These pages describe the Venue True and Advance True interface, not every site operated by another venue, artist or service provider.
5. Managing cookies
You can inspect, delete or block cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing the site’s cookies signs you out and removes session-based choices, including unlocked calendars. Blocking essential cookies may stop login, form submission and import previews from working.
The footer’s Cookie settings controls optional analytics only; essential security cannot be switched off there. For a shared or public device, leave “Keep me signed in” unchecked and sign out when finished. Clearing a browser cookie does not delete your account or the show data stored by the service.
6. Questions and updates
Contact the operator shown on this page with questions about these cookies. We will update this inventory when authentication settings or technologies change.
